What are the mall timings?
Monday to Thursday 10:00 am – 10:00 pm, and Friday to Sunday 10:00 am – 11:00 pm. The cinema and some restaurants stay open later.
How much does parking cost?
Cars pay ₹60 for the first 2 hours and ₹30 for each extra hour, and two-wheelers pay ₹40 all day. Parking is free for 3 hours with a cinema ticket or any bill over ₹2,000.
Is the mall wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Step-free entry at every gate, four glass lifts, accessible restrooms on every floor, and free wheelchairs at Guest Services.
Can I bring my pet?
Leashed pets are welcome in common areas. Some stores and all food areas may not allow them, so please check at the door.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. A ZENARA gift card from ₹500 to ₹50,000 works at 160+ stores. Buy one at Guest Services or ask us on WhatsApp.
How do I book a birthday party?
Strike Zone, Arcadia and Wonder Pit all have party packages. Message us on WhatsApp with a date and headcount and we'll connect you.
How do I lease a store or kiosk?
Head to the Leasing page and send an enquiry with your brand and space needs. Our leasing team replies within two working days.
How do I redeem a claw-machine coupon?
Show the code on your phone at the store's billing counter. Each code works once per person, and the coupon shows its store and expiry.
