Privacy policy.
This policy explains what personal data ZENARA Mall ("we", "us") collects when you use zenara-demo.getsitenexa.com, and how we use it. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Template note: have your legal team review this text before going live.
What we collect
- Enquiries you send us: your name, mobile number, email, company and message when you use a form (help desk, parties, leasing, advertising, careers). Forms send these to our enquiry system and open WhatsApp with the same message.
- Nothing from the interactive features: the stores in your shopping bag, your scratch cards, claw-machine tries and parking ticket stay in your browser. Claw tries are counted in your browser's session storage and cleared when you close the tab.
- Basic technical data: our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security, kept for up to 30 days.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, for tenants and advertisers, to share availability and terms.
- To process job applications.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.
Who sees it
Our guest-services, leasing, marketing and HR teams, plus the service providers that run our website, enquiry inbox and WhatsApp Business account, under contracts that limit their use of your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for up to 12 months, applications for up to 6 months after the role is filled, then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@zenaramall.in. We reply within 30 days.
CCTV in the mall
For safety, common areas and car parks are covered by CCTV. Footage is kept for 30 days unless needed for an investigation, and is shared only with the police on a lawful request.
